Black Label Society Vid

This has to be one of my favorite songs. This song called In This River, is a Zakk Wylde masterpiece. Zakk is the front man and lead guitarist for this band. Zakk was the former lead guitarist for Ozzy, so naturally is considered one of the elite guitarists in the world.
The guitar that he is using in this performance is a custom Dean guitar that was given to him by his best friend Dimbag Darrel, Pantera's former lead guitarist (8/20/66 - 12/8/2004). Dime was shot on stage while he and his band Damageplan were performing. This song along with Farewell Ballad have remained a BLS staple for Dimebag. Each scream and wail of Zakks guitar tells me what Dime meant to him as a friend and also a heavy metal pioneer. R.I.P Dime....

Cool! Some interesting trivia...Actually I am a fan of these guys. Amazing for an old guy, lol, but obviously Ozzy may have had some influence on me too. Quite a few of their songs are good. I like We Live No More cranked up LOUD!
